Directions

By Road:

• Take the M6 to Exit 43 at Carlisle.
• Pick up A69 East towards Hexham and Newcastle.
• Go 2 miles to Warwick on Eden. Ignore all signs for the village.
• The A69 will go down a steep hill. Slow down or you'll shoot past the gate.  So frustrating....
• Look left for a small red sandstone wall.
• When you're right on top of it, you'll see the gate.  Small sign saying Warwick Hall and a little gate lodge.
• Come down the drive and ring the bell at the front door.

If you're coming west on the A69 from Northumberland, immediately after you cross the River Eden at Warwick Bridge look for Warwick Hall on the right. If you get to the M6, you've gone 2 miles too far.

Access Statement

At Warwick Hall we try to provide the highest standard of country house accommodation. So we hope that everything you require is provided before and during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to a memorable stay with us at Warwick Hall.

Currently, Warwick Hall is not suitable for disabled guests. We have 2 new units in progress which have been specifically designed to accommodate guests with a wide range of disabilities. Information about these will be displayed on the website when they are ready for occupation.

Terms & Conditions

Booking:

1. A deposit of 50% will be required to confirm a reservation made more than 8 weeks in advance.
2. A booking made within 8 weeks of arrival must be secured by either a credit card payment or a cheque for the full amount made payable to Warwick Eden Ltd.

Cancellation:

1. More than 10 weeks before arrival a full refund will be made upon either written or emailed notification of cancellation.
2. For cancellation made within 10 - 4 weeks of arrival a £25 administration fee will be charged for each room cancelled.
3. Within a month of arrival, the full amount will be charged unless we are able
4. to re-let the accommodation. 
5. If we can, a £25 administration fee per room will be charged.

1. We advise taking out Holiday Insurance if you believe your plans could change.

Change of Rooms:

1. We reserve the right to offer you a room other than the one reserved if for reasons beyond our control your chosen room is unusable.

Change of Price:

1. We reserve the right to change tariffs as shown in our website and brochure.  We will, of course, honour any confirmed bookings in the event of a change.

Check In Time:

1. Check In Time is 4pm, but we can usually accommodate anyone who would like to arrive earlier.  Please call and let us know.

Check Out Time:

1. Check Out Time is 10am.  Please ask if you need a later time; we like to be flexible.

Health and Safety:

1. Warwick Hall is located on the banks of the River Eden, a fast flowing salmon river.  We ask that no one who might be in danger from the river come to visit.  We cannot accept any responsibility for an accident.

Dogs:

1. We love dogs, and we welcome well trained owners and their dogs.  Excellent long walks and convenient amenities make this  holiday heaven for man's best friend.
2. A fee of £25 per dog per visit or £15 per dog per night (whichever is less) will be charged.
3. We cannot accept any responsibility for actions or behaviour of guests' dogs or our own dogs in the rare event of an unfortunate confrontation.

Other pets:

1. We cannot accept other pets.
