About Us

Warwick Hall is a genuine English sporting estate on the banks of the river Eden. You'll find 260 acres of lovely countryside, with private walks, riverbanks, woods and fields to enjoy with your family and perhaps your dog.

The house itself is gracious and comfortable. It's beautifully warm, of course, with delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere.

You may come on your own, or book the whole house. This is the place for a happy family reunion, the best house party ever, or even a small exquisite wedding.

Cumbria is a place for doing things! Warwick Hall is on the dry side of the Lake District offering easy access to Hadrian's Wall, The Lake District hills, the Pennines and several near-by golf courses. Excellent fishing for salmon, trout and grayling is right here on the estate. For the gently active, there's yoga in our private studio and a wide choice of massage and holistic treatments. So much to do, cycling, hill walking, painting, golf and more golf, our private tennis court, bird watching, historical adventures, antiquing, flying lessons, no day is long enough!
