There are four luxurious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom sleeping 8 adults plus a few little people in cots and junior beds.

Combined with the River Suite and the Garden Suite you could sleep 12 adults.

After a day in the fresh air you won;t need to leave home for a lively evening with friends and family

There is one sitting room. A perfect retreat for peace and quiet and good conversation! In this room there is a new flat screen telly with DVD.

If you're planning a big get together,the dining table will seat up to 14.

You'll also find the fridge/freezer big enough - and plenty of china, mugs & glasses.

The kitchen/dining room is a big easy room -

We've been told "it's a dream to cook in - you've thought of everything."
