Situated on the banks of the River Eden is 260 acres of secluded fields and woods, with a mile of absolutely private riverbank for walking, painting, fishing (by arrangement with the Estate office, salmon, trout, sea trout, grayling). A Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), it offers a chance to see wonderful bird life, otters, red squirrels in abundance, pheasant, partridge and roe deer.

We can provide a high standard of accommodation at Warwick Hall in either of our two suites, the east wing and the river suite.
