This is an active programme of exercise, fun and golf. You'll work with Senior PGA Pro Steve Harrison at nearby 27 hole Eden Golf Course and with the Warwick Hall Well Being experts to find the stress points in your back and body which hinder your golf swing - which grab and pull when you need to flow and turn.
We'll help you correct the bad habits, bad posture and poor flexibility that are the price of a busy life. Then Steve will show you how to use your new strength and flexibility for a smoother, cleaner golf swing.
We'll also teach you how to keep your mind quiet when you need to hold your focus - something you'll appreciate when Steve works with you to sharpen up your puts.
Take at look at the golfers you admire most - maybe Tiger Woods or Colin Montgomerie? They have backs like pythons!
Come learn the techniques that help the giants - you'll astonish your weekly foursome!
The Golf Workshop requires a minimum of 2 nights and 2 days commitment. If you can stay longer, you'll get that much more accomplished. There's free time every afternoon to play golf, visit local attractions, or whatever.
