Retreats

We are more than a little proud of our pretty, warm, newly created yoga studio in a beautiful 18th century stable block. You'll find a few regular classes of Hatha yoga and one class of NIA (lively aerobic dancing) here and a long list of advanced classes in our teacher's studio fifteen minutes away in Carlisle.

The rest of the time, the studio is available for self practice, private lessons or Thai massage.

We don't organise yoga breaks ourselves at the current time, but we love to cater for them, both in terms of accommodation, appropriate and delicious food, and most importantly, expert teaching from our own Debz Sladen of the Purple Lotus studio. If your group would like to come here for a short break or a full week of serious yoga, meditation and fun, we know you'll be delighted with our facilities and with Debz' teaching.

Alternatively, we're happy for your own teacher to come to instruct your group. She'll find a cheerful welcome from Debz, with full access and control of the studio for her classes.
